As a customer of AMRS™ Analog
Mastering & Recording Studio (hereinafter also referred to as "Analog Mastering Studio" or "Analog Mastering Recording Studio"), you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted our General Terms and Conditions. A use of
Services with rejection of the GTC or individual parts of the GTC are not permitted.
§1 Description of services and validity
Analog Mastering Studio offers an audio service for performing sound recordings and
editing, mixing, mastering of sound recordings. For more details about the service
please refer to the processing flow and the different services of Analog Mastering Studio
our websites: www.analog-mastering.com and www.analog-mastering.de. By the customer
transferred audio data and assigned orders are processed by Analog Mastering Studio
and the customer via a download link to the sound or DDP files and/or on data carriers
(CD-R) provided. With the sending of audio data and the associated
order placement arises between the client and Analog Mastering Studio
pre-contractual relationship, from which only through an order confirmation in written,
electronic (e.g. e-mail) or verbal form a final purchase contract is created. Exception:

Demo masters, including excerpts, are intended exclusively for evaluating our services

§2 Prices, Taxes & Payment

exempted from the collection and calculation of sales tax due to §19 UstG. Payments ahve to be directed via

orders or closed framework agreements remain unaffected and are based on the day

§3 Data storage
Audio submitted to Analog Mastering Studio becomes digital indefinitely

When using the eMastering (onlinemastering) service, the customer receives
a link to download the files immediately after processing is complete. This
files will be sent after a week at the latest, at the earliest after downloading the master

§4 Termination of contractual relationships
Analog Mastering Studio reserves the right to delete individual files or all of them

§5 Disclaimer

§7 Cancellation policy and right
You can cancel your contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons

text content as well as programming and graphic layout are protected by copyright. One
publication or use by third parties is fundamental, without written approval by Frank
Marheineke, prohibited. Copyright infringements will be prosecuted.
§9 Jurisdiction & Modification of the Terms and Conditions
Legal disputes in connection with Analog Mastering Studio,
are always held at the location of Analog Mastering Studio. For the whole
german law applies to the contractual relationship. The place of jurisdiction is 60000 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Analog Mastering Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice
change, expand or completely discontinue the service.
§10 Name reference - "Credits"
After fulfillment of the order by Analog Mastering Studio and full payment
the customer can refer to the edited title in the advertisement of the item by naming it
and take reference as follows: "Mastered by Frank Marheineke at Analog Mastering Studio" and link to
"www.analog-mastering.com" or "www.analog-mastering.de". Appropriate adjustment to
other languages and corresponding modifications are permitted.
§11 Severability Clause
Should a provision of the contract or the general terms of use be ineffective
or should the contract be incomplete, the remaining clauses of the contract remain in effect
or the General Terms of Use are unaffected in their validity. The ineffective
provision shall be replaced by such a provision that corresponds to the spirit and purpose of the invalid
